After placing the order customers are allowed to cancel their orders within 2 hours, In case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through same mode / NEFT within 3 to 12 working days. Products can be returned within 5 working days from the day of delivery.
If you have received a damaged or defective product or it is not as described, you can get a replacement within 10 days of delivery at no extra cost.

Once product shipped, in case of customer side issues like product undelivered due to door locked, Customer not picked up the package or delivery refused by the Customer, We will deduct the shipping cost and handling charges (10% of the product value) at the time of processing refund.

The above guarantee does not extend to the below situation:

  • Damages due to misuse of product or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.
  • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's / Seller's warranty.
  • Made-to-order / Custom Product.
  • After seller warranty expired, Refund/return not acceptable by the seller however in case of manufacturer's warranty still there, please contact manufacturer's local service center
